Charlie Supporting Law Enforcement Law Enforcement officers of Central Florida are hard working and committed citizens who put themselves on the line to keep our communities safe. Charlie takes every candid opportunity to let them know how much he deeply respects them and how much we appreciate what they do every day. Many times it's with a practical joke or a haughty moment of laughter. Having attending several Neighborhood Watch meetings Charlie has gained more insight into how well organized and effective such programs are, and most importantly, how easy it is for any citizen to get one started.
