Charlie stands tall and strong with more than 200 educators and supporter of the Orange Classroom Teachers Association in protest of budget cuts to education
If we are serious about education in our community, then we have to work hard to support our community of educators. Due to recent budget cuts, every school in Central Florida has had to cut 6% out of their budget, which means letting hard working and dedicated teachers go. Charlie believes that our public schools should be the best in the world, and that our teachers are public servants that are just as important as our police, firefighters, and soldiers. They devote themselves to striving to educate our children, and Charlie believes that they should be given our support. On April 28th, Charlie stood tall and strong with more than 200 educators and supporters of the Orange County Classroom Teachers Association, in protest of budget cuts to education and the damage that it is doing to our schools.
